6 cups peeled and sliced apples
½ cup of Brawny Bear’s Peanut butter
¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon Brawny Bear’s Date sugar, divided
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (14.1-ounce) box refrigerated pie crusts
Preheat oven to 425°F
In a large bowl, mix apples, ¾ cup Date sugar, peanut butter, flour, lemon juice, & cinnamon
Place one pie crust in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Pour apple peanut butter mixture onto the crust lined pan, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon date sugar.
Bake pie on a sheet pan for 30 minutes
or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
