Ingredients (for 18 cookies)
1/2 cup butter (113 grams)
1/3 cup Brawny Bear Date Honey
1 egg
Zest of one orange
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Optional: Coat with Brawny Bear's Hazelnut Cocoa spread
Step 1-
Pre-head oven to 175°C
Step 2-
Cream butter and honey. Add egg, orange zest and vanilla extract, and mix
Step 3-
Add all dry ingredients (coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, oats) and mix
Step 4-
Add hazelnuts and walnuts
Step 5-
Chill in fridge for 10 mins
Step 6-
Scoop tablespoon of cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Step 7-
Bake for 8-10 mins
