Here's the secret: we make this with freshly roasted peanuts. Then, we press to remove most of the oil from our peanuts; mix it with dates and a dash of salt for flavour. The result is almost  2x Protein & 70% Less Fat, but you already knew that.

The product is pretty nice!

The product is pretty nice. I like the taste and packaging. But I think there's something missing. I'm not able to find, how much volume is 1 serving. Is it 1 tbsp? 1.5, 2, 3? Since a lot of people don't have a food scale, but probably spoons and measuring cups it would've been better if the serving size was mentioned on the packet in volume too. And I think it's inconvenient to measure foods in the form of powder or granules by weight. Since a packet is 250 gms, I think it's approximately 1/8 th of the whole 250 gms packet.
