Our Date Sugar is made with just granulated dried dates. The process includes cleaning, pitting, sun-drying and grounding, to give you a super-fine natural sweetener that’s high in fibre, which helps in absorbing moisture in recipes.

For best results, either decrease the dry ingredients or increase liquids in recipes (cakes, brownies, cookies, ...).
